Having a successful classroom environment requires shared goals, values, and, most importantly, effective teaming. Adults play a critical role in supporting children’s learning, but almost as important is the support between adults in the classroom. Building and sustaining positive relationships, identifying strengths, agreeing upon roles and responsibilities, and establishing a classroom as a learning community for adults as well as children. These modules contain videos and links, so headphones/speakers, a printer, a camera, and an internet connection are recommended.
